About Project

Puri VIP Floors, a low-rise housing project from Puri Constructions, is located in Sector 81 in Greater Faridabad (or, Neharpar region), opposite to Sector 14. VIP Floors project has been developed on 147 of the total 153 plots in 300 and 500 square yards sizes. These come in 3 BHK and 4 BHK+Servant Room configurations of 1445 and 2155 square feet built-up areas respectively.

The three units per plot have been developed in exactly same area ratio of 50:50:50. The First Floor residents have rights over the backyard garden whereas the Second Floor residents have full rights over the roof. Designated parking space has also been provided for each floor. Puri Constructions is now developing the remaining 6 plots and 18 independent floors are available in fresh booking.

The resale market prices of these units has seen good appreciation in the last few years. As on January 2016, prices of the 300 square yard units are about Rs 70 lakhs for First and Second Floors and 80 lakhs for Ground Floor. For the 500 square yards plots, price of Ground Floor is about Rs 1.25 Cr and for First and Second Floor is Rs 95 lakh per unit. Please check the table below for details.

Already, about 250 families are living in Puri VIP Floors. They pay the monthly maintenance charges of Rs 2000 per floor for 300 square yard units and Rs 3000 per floor for 500 square yard units. This is roughly Rs 1.38 per square feet of built-up area, which is lower than what most other developers are charging for similar projects.
