Puri VIP Floors is now is the hands of its Resident Welfare Association (RWA). The Haryana building laws and regulations stipulate that once the builders have finished the construction, delivered the possession, received occupancy certificate and registered the title of the units in the name of the buyers, they shall pave the way for the formation of the resident welfare association (RWA) for the purpose of maintenance and welfare of the project. In fact, this initiative can be taken by the apartment owners and get themselves registered.
Puri VIP Floors, the independent floors project from the Puri Group which was started in the year 2009 and possession was offered 2 years back in 2014, has now got a RWA. In fact, the keys of the RWA office were symbolically handed over to the Association. This marked the exit of developer from the project.
